Halloween Farm - Terms and conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for and all visits to Halloween Farm. By purchasing a ticket or attending Halloween Farm, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Organiser

2. Event Location
Halloween Farm takes place at:
Cattows Farm, Leicestershire
Halloween Farm is an outdoor event situated on a working farm. Ground conditions and accessibility may vary depending on weather and operational conditions.
3. Ticket Purchase
All attendees require a valid ticket to enter Halloween Farm unless expressly stated otherwise.
Tickets are sold through Easol.
All advertised ticket prices are inclusive of VAT unless clearly stated otherwise.
Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold, transferred, exchanged or passed to another person without the organiser's prior written permission.
The organiser reserves the right to cancel or invalidate any ticket that has been resold, transferred, duplicated, fraudulently obtained or otherwise acquired in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct ticket type, date and quantity are selected before completing their purchase.
Refund Policy
Tickets are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided where a customer:
changes their mind;
can no longer attend;
is unwell;
encounters travel problems;
arrives late;
fails to attend;
is refused entry or removed from the event for breaching these Terms & Conditions; or
chooses not to attend because of weather or ground conditions.
A refund will only be issued where Halloween Farm is cancelled by the organiser and the customer is unable to attend the event, or where a refund is otherwise required by law.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Date Changes
If you can no longer attend on your selected date, you may request to move your booking to another available Halloween Farm date.
Date changes must be requested before Halloween Farm opens at 10:00am on the date of your original booking.
For example, if your booking is for 10 October, your request must be made before 10:00am on 10 October.
All date changes:
are subject to availability;
incur a £5 administration fee per booking; and
must be requested by emailing customersupport@thehalloweenfarm.co.uk.
Once Halloween Farm has opened at 10:00am on the date of your original booking, the booking can no longer be moved.
No refund will be issued where you fail to attend and have not requested a date change before the applicable cut-off time.
4. Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be accessible by email or through the Halloween Farm App, available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Tickets are usually dispatched approximately 7 days before the booked event date.
Where tickets are purchased within 7 days of the event date, tickets will be dispatched by email following purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address when making their booking.
Customers should check their junk or spam folder if their tickets have not appeared within their inbox.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they can access their ticket before travelling to the event.
5. Weather
Halloween Farm is an outdoor farm-based event and is designed to operate in normal seasonal weather conditions.
The event will continue in wet weather unless the organiser determines that it is unsafe or impractical to operate.
Customers should check the weather forecast before travelling and wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the conditions.
No refunds or compensation will be issued because of rain, heat, cold, wind, mud, wet ground or other weather-related conditions where the event remains open.
Individual attractions may temporarily close or operate differently because of weather or ground conditions.
6. Attractions & Activities
The attractions and activities included with an Adventure Pass or Ultimate VIP Adventure Pass include:
Zombie World
The Haunted Woodlands
Trick or Treat Street
Halloween Circus
Fantasy Land
The Great Halloween Harvest Ride
The Halloween Roller Disco
Lost World of the Dinosaurs
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the point of purchase, the following are not included within the ticket price and are charged separately:
Fun Fair rides
Food and drink vendors
Pumpkins
Customers should take these additional charges into account when planning their visit.
Attractions, activities, rides, shows, areas and facilities are subject to availability.
The organiser may close, change, delay, relocate, substitute or operate an attraction or activity at reduced capacity because of:
weather;
safety requirements;
maintenance;
technical issues;
staffing;
operational requirements;
performer availability;
circumstances beyond the organiser's reasonable control; or
any other reason necessary for the safe and effective operation of the event.
The unavailability, alteration or temporary closure of an individual attraction, activity, ride, show, vendor, area or facility does not constitute cancellation of Halloween Farm.
No refund or compensation will be issued in these circumstances.
7. Entry & Re-Entry
Halloween Farm entry begins from 10:00am.
Last entry is 3:00pm.
Customers arriving after last entry may be refused admission and will not be entitled to a refund.
Re-entry is permitted during event opening hours subject to ticket checks, security procedures and any arrangements operating on the day.
Customers intending to leave and return should check with event staff before leaving the site.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or re-entry where reasonably necessary for safety, security or operational reasons.
8. Children & Supervision
All attendees require a valid ticket unless expressly stated otherwise. Children 12 months and under are free of charge.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Parents, guardians and accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of children in their care at all times.
Children must not be left unattended.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for children who are left unsupervised contrary to these Terms & Conditions.
Some attractions may have individual age, height, health or safety restrictions. Customers must comply with instructions displayed at each attraction and directions given by staff.
9. Accessibility & Essential Companions
Halloween Farm takes place on a working farm.
While reasonable steps are taken to make the event accessible, customers should be aware that areas of the site may include:
- grass;
- uneven ground;
- mud;
- slopes; and
- other natural farm terrain.
Ground conditions may change because of weather.
Accessible toilets will be available on site.
Essential Companion Tickets
Eligible customers may receive an Essential Companion ticket free of charge.
There is no requirement to purchase an Essential Companion ticket in advance and no prior application is required.
The Essential Companion ticket will be issued at the entrance on the day of your visit.
Customers must provide appropriate eligibility evidence. Accepted evidence includes:
- a valid Nimbus Access Card;
- a DLA award letter; or
- a PIP award letter.
- DLA or PIP documentation must display the customer's full name and must be dated no more than 12 months before the visit. Photo identification may also be requested.
Customers should not purchase a separate admission ticket for their Essential Companion.
We cannot provide refunds for companion tickets that have been purchased unnecessarily where a free Essential Companion ticket could have been obtained under this policy.
10. Dogs
Yes, dogs are absolutely welcome at Halloween Farm! Just remember to keep them on a lead and clean up after them. We kindly ask that they stay out of indoor areas, including the Farm Shop and Tea Room, as well as indoor Attractions.
Assistance dogs are the exception, of course! Thanks for being pawsitively considerate!
11. Food & Drink
Customers may bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks into Halloween Farm.
Alcohol must not be brought onto the event site.
Food and drink vendors will be available on site and operate separately from the admission ticket.
Food and drink purchased from vendors is therefore subject to additional charges.
12. Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted at Halloween Farm:
alcohol;
cigarettes, tobacco or other smoking materials;
vapes or electronic cigarettes;
chairs;
gazebos;
illegal substances or illegal items;
weapons;
fireworks;
explosives;
items capable of causing injury; and
anything considered dangerous, unsafe or unsuitable by the organiser or security team.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within Halloween Farm.
The organiser and its security team reserve the right to conduct reasonable bag and security checks as a condition of entry.
Prohibited items may be refused entry or required to be surrendered or removed from the site.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission where a customer refuses to comply with reasonable security procedures.
13. Behaviour & Safety
Customers must behave appropriately and respectfully towards staff, security personnel, performers, contractors, vendors and other visitors.
The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:
behaves abusively, aggressively, threateningly or antisocially;
appears excessively intoxicated;
possesses prohibited or illegal items;
breaches these Terms & Conditions;
ignores reasonable instructions from staff or security;
creates a health or safety risk;
damages or attempts to damage property;
enters restricted areas;
interferes with attractions or equipment; or
substantially disrupts the event or another customer's enjoyment.
Anyone refused entry or removed for these reasons will not be entitled to a refund.
Where appropriate, incidents may be reported to the police or other relevant authorities.
14. Site Rules
Customers must follow all reasonable instructions given by the organiser, event management, attraction operators, stewards and security personnel.
Customers must remain within designated public areas.
Restricted, staff-only, agricultural, technical, backstage and operational areas must not be entered without permission.
Halloween Farm takes place on a working farm and customers should take reasonable care when moving around the site.
Customers should expect grass, natural surfaces, uneven terrain and potentially muddy or slippery conditions.
15. Changes to Halloween Farm
The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to Halloween Farm before or during the event where necessary.
Changes may include alterations to:
attractions;
activities;
performers;
entertainment;
layouts;
opening arrangements;
operating times;
facilities;
vendors;
advertised features;
entry procedures;
capacity;
site rules; and
event infrastructure.
Such changes do not automatically constitute cancellation of the event.
No refund or compensation will be provided for reasonable changes where Halloween Farm remains open and the overall event continues to take place.
16. Event Cancellation
If the organiser cancels Halloween Farm entirely on your booked date, customers will be contacted using the contact information associated with their booking.
Where the event is cancelled and no suitable alternative arrangement is provided or accepted, customers will be entitled to a refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
The organiser will not be responsible for additional or consequential costs incurred by customers such as travel, accommodation, fuel, parking or other expenses associated with attending the event except where required by law.
17. Personal Property
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings while attending Halloween Farm.
The organiser accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by the organiser's negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Any property brought onto the site is brought at the customer's own risk.
18. Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place throughout Halloween Farm.
This may include photography or filming by the organiser, its contractors or authorised media teams for promotional, marketing, social media, advertising and commercial purposes.
By entering Halloween Farm, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in general crowd photography or video footage.
Customers may take photographs and videos for personal use provided this does not interfere with:
other customers;
staff;
performers;
attractions;
safety procedures; or
the operation of the event.
Professional or commercial photography and filming are not permitted without the organiser's prior written permission.
Drones are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised in writing by the organiser.
19. Liability
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Customers remain responsible for acting safely, following displayed instructions and complying with directions given by event staff.
The organiser will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the ticket was purchased or losses arising from circumstances outside the organiser's reasonable control except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
20. Acceptance of These Terms
By purchasing a ticket you confirm that:
you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions;
the information provided during the booking process is accurate;
you understand the refund and date-change policy;
you understand that Halloween Farm is an outdoor farm-based event; and
you understand that certain attractions and services including the Fun Fair, food vendors and pumpkins carry additional charges.
These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside any specific conditions displayed during the ticket purchasing process.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
