How do we book Halloween Farm?
Select the book now button on the website, choose which day you wish to attend & complete your booking.
Morning or afternoon arrival?
All tickets are valid for the whole day, we only ask you to pick morning or afternoon arrival so we can plan your free parking better. If you arrive at a different time it doesn’t affect your tickets for that day.
Do I need to reserve my pumpkins?
In previous years pumpkins have sold out at different points of the day or month, by reserving yours we guarantee they will be available for you.
You can reserve pumpkins in £10 increments, so if you wanted £20 worth you'd select 2 x Reserve your Pumpkin - £10 tickets.
Fantasy Land is an extra premium attraction within Halloween Farm and you will need to have tickets to access it.
Everyone who enters needs a ticket. We advise that children under 14 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Fantasy Land has 3 attractions and would take between 1-2 hours to visit all 3 attractions.
We advise advance purchase as on the day tickets will be more expensive and only available if there are any spaces left.
Halloween Farm Opens from 9AM til 6PM, Last Entry to the Farm is 4.30PM. Fantasy Land Opens from 10AM til 5PM, Last Entry to the attraction is 4.30PM.
Can I change the dates of my visit to Halloween Farm?
Yes, first please click here to check whether the requested date is available. Please do not need to add any tickets to your basket.
If the requested date is available please click here to complete the form to change the date of your booking. You will only be charged an admin fee of £5 to change the date on your booking.
Can I add Fantasy land tickets if I didn’t order them before?

Can I reserve my pumpkins in advance after I have purchased my tickets?
Yes, Click this link to reserve your pumpkins. Pumpkins can be reserved in increments of £10.

Are under 1’s free?
Yes, All children under the age of 1 are free entry
Do adults need a ticket to Fantasy Land?
Yes, Everyone who enters Fantasy Land needs a ticket excluding under 1’s.
Cattows Farm Tea Rooms
Access to Cattows farm tea room will only be available via pre booking from here.
Halloween Farm will have a selection of food outlets to cater for you throughout the day, alternatively you are welcome to bring your own food and drink (no alcohol or glass permitted on site).
How long will my pumpkins last when picked?
All pumpkins in the UK are now being harvested and the plants they grew on have all died back. If kept in a cool place your pumpkin will last well into November. Odd ones may “collapse” for no apparent reason, but this fairly uncommon.
Can I eat the Pumpkins, Squashes & ornamental gourds?
YES! All of our pumpkins and squashes are edible, however we recommend that you don’t eat ornamental gourds. In theory they are edible, but we don’t think they would taste that great!
Can I pay by card?
Yes we accept all major debit and credit cards.
What should I wear?
It’s an outdoor activity so dress according to the weather. If wet, wellies are advisable, however we ask that muddy boots are removed before entering the tea room.
Do I need to bring anything?
A strong carrier bag or bin bag is a good idea to help carry the pumpkins from the field. We have wheelbarrows that can be used free of charge, however during busy periods their availability is limited.
Do you have toilets?
Yes, we have ladies, gents and disabled toilets plus baby changing facilities.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes. We welcome well behaved dogs onto the farm and have complimentary water and dog biscuits at our “dog stop”. We do politely ask that they don’t go into the farm shop or tea room though.
What is an E-ticket?
An E-Ticket is an electronically delivered ticket via email. You will need to take the booking reference or barcode - depending on the event - with you, either on your phone or as paper print out along with ID to gain entry to the event.
You may also be required, if requested by the promoter to provide the credit card that was used in the transaction.
We recommend printing the E-ticket in full to avoid any issues on the door.
We cannot be held responsible for any issues arising if you do not take this reference/barcode with you.
How secure is my personal information?
Halloween Farm use a DigiCert certified 256-bit Secure Socket Layering and we use Stripe to process your payments and to keep your details safe. We do not store your credit card details after the transaction is complete.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take payments through Stripe merchant services, who accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and JCB and all debit cards.
I want to re-print my ticket/my ticket hasn't printed properly/I've torn my ticket.

Who sets the ticket prices of events on Halloween Farm?
Ticket prices are set by the event promoters, and Halloween Farm has no control over ticket prices. The prices displayed also include local taxes.
How many tickets can I buy for an event?
The limit for ticket purchases for a single event varies. The order limit will be shown in the dropdown when selecting your ticket quantity. Ticket limits may change without prior notice if the event is anticipated to have higher than normal demand to prevent hoarding or scalping.
What are the booking fees or hidden charges?
Tickets purchased through Halloween Farm are subject to a per ticket, non-refundable booking fee.
To cover our costs we charge a booking fee on a per-ticket basis. We always try to make sure this is one of the lowest online for tickets. E-Tickets do not incur any additional charges than our processing fees, Physical Paper tickets will incur an extra printing and postage cost.
What you see at checkout is what you pay. There are no hidden costs apart from the Ticket Price and Booking Fee.

How do I get a refund ?
Halloween Farm and all promoter's standard policy is that we are unable to offer refunds for ticket purchases unless the event is cancelled.
This is outlined in our terms and conditions during purchase and is an industry-wide standard. Please ensure during your purchase that you are buying the correct number of tickets for the correct event.
